When you send the inquiry form, we receive your name, your company if you give one, your email address, the type of space you are interested in and your message.

To stop abuse of the form, we briefly use an irreversibly scrambled form of your IP address to limit repeated attempts. It expires after an hour, is deleted within a day and is never stored with your inquiry.

Only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a viewing or prepare a lease. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Inquiries are kept for 3 years and then deleted automatically.

No one outside Olsson OÜ. The website and our email run on servers operated for us in a data centre in Tallinn. We do not sell or share your details and do not use them for marketing.

This website sets no cookies for visitors, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and loads nothing from other companies’ servers.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format.

We answer within one month. If a request is complex, we may take up to two further months and will tell you why.
